Shipping & Turnaround Policy
When will my order ship?
Production Time on Non-Custom Products:
Our production time is 2-5 business days for stock product. This time is used to assemble and prepare your product for shipping.
Production Time on Custom Products:
Our production time is 5-10 business days for custom fabricated products. This time is used to design, fabricate, assemble and prepare product for shipping.
Shipping time begins after we fabricate, assemble, package, and ship your order. Metal Signs and Your Designs uses FedEx for all of our shipping. We provide estimated arrival dates for your order based on the estimated delivery dates provided by FedEx.
*Please Note: The production and shipping times listed above are estimated (not guaranteed). We always strive to prepare and ship your product as soon as possible. Shipping fees will vary according to the total weight of the package and it’s destination.
While we do everything in our power to make sure your order is made to perfection, mistakes do happen. We’re committed to making your experience with Metal Signs and Your Designs so incredible that you’ll be a repeat customer and tell all your friends about our great products and customer service.
General Returns on Non-Custom Products
If you find there is a problem with your order once it arrives, let us know immediately (within 14 days of delivery) by calling customer service at 951-359-0059 or by filling out our message form located on the “contact us” page of our website. You can find your order number on the order confirmation email or by logging into your account at MetalSignsandYourDesigns.com and viewing your “Order History”.
If you are simply looking to return your product and do not wish to have it replaced, we’ll ask you to create a return label & ship the product back to us within 30 days of delivery. You can ship it back using the shipping carrier of your choice. Once we receive the returned product, we will refund you the amount of the original order, excluding shipping. The refund will go to the original form of payment within 2-5 business days. Returned product must be complete and free from damage in order to get a refund.
Metal Signs and Your Designs Order Error
If the mistake is something that was MSYD’s error, we will determine the best remedy. We will pay for the shipping to return the product. The error will be corrected promptly!
Customer Order Error on Custom Fabricated Product
If the product was a custom fabricated design and you approved the artwork via online, e-mail or fax, unfortunately we can’t allow the return of product. Custom products can’t be resold.
Damage from Shipping:
Metal Signs and Your Designs uses FedEx for all of our shipping. If your order arrives damaged, we’ll work with FedEx. In the meantime, we’ll send you new product within the standard production time.
